Hyundai launches i10 for 4.58 lakhs

Hyundai has come up with an all new design of their best selling car in India- the i10 in all new avatar. The company has launched both the petrol as well as the diesel variant of the car, pricing them at 4.58 lakhs and 5.68 lakhs respectively. Radiator Grille Design modified as well as the LED day running lights have made the new looks of this i10 model impressive beyond comprehension. The overall design changes include a dual tone bumper which has been integrated with sleek reflectors. The i10 is also going to be the first car in its cadre to get an Air Curtain that will reduce NVH levels and help in improving the overall aerodynamics. The dimensions do not see a major change in this new model. However, Hyundai has introduced a change in the design of the diamond alloys as well as the covers of wheels. On the inside, the car doesn’t fail to make an impressive mark as it gets a new 7-inch infotainment display that would be able to integrate several smart devices and facilitate Google Car Play and Apple’s tools as well. The display can be used for navigation as well. One of the most impressive aspects is the voice recognition system. Having been powered by one of the most reliable engines- the Kappa Dual VTVT (1.2L), petrol can generate 83PS with 6000 RPM, delivering a staggering improved efficiency of 19.78 km per liter. The automatic transmission efficiency falls down to 17.50 km per liter.
